Our Story "The beginning"

Hello Beauties, My name is Tamara. I am the founder of KG and here is a little about my story! Kidd Glamour came together as a whole a few months ago. Even though it has been an idea of mine for almost two years now. After taking a leap of faith and doing a lot of research I finally put it in to motion. The idea of starting my own company came along because I felt all my favorite lash brands were either being discontinued, or the cost of them were just becoming too much. Going into the store and paying $30 for one pair of lashes just seemed outragous. So one day I was joking with Mom and told her I was just going to start my own business and sell them. Because between switching brands all the time and all the money I was spending, To me it just sounded like the best option.Plus I would never have to worry about looking for new brands and I could offer my own quality product to the beauty scene. So, what to me started off as a joke a little over a year later became a reality in 2022. Knowing this wouldn't be the easiest process, I was so ready for the challenge.From choosing a name I felt represented me and my brand the most, to picking samples, packaging, and setting up a website. Deciding on a name was probably one of the most difficult parts. I would  sit and write down names on paper to see how it appears and sounded to me. Then I thought of what really made me want to start my business and that was my Grandfather. My Papa is one of the few people that really knows my  passion for all things beauty and I felt to pay homage to him I wanted to include his last name “KIDD”.  And then I thought to myself anytime I think of beauty I feel a touch of glamour is always involved. So I thought why not put the two together and bam KG was created. To start my sole focus will be on strip lashes and lash accessories. But as I grow the company I want it to become a full beauty brand that offers everything you may need to get that perfect slay. From lashes to pallets and everything else in between. So with that being said I am so so excited for this new adventure and to offer nothing but quality beauty #theKGway
